Hybrid engagement model provides maximum efficiency in the execution of the project by involving both onsite and offshore model simultaneously. Hybrid engagement model is undertaken for complicated processes with longer time duration. With two teams for the same project split onsite and offshore, client side risks of inadequate resource allocation reduces. The offshore team manages the project in the ODC and looks into project development and design. While, the onsite team will manage client side team and interact with subject matter experts and software architects. Both the teams collaborate seamlessly and ensure on-time completion of the project.

Direct communication with the client, involved in the model resists ambiguity and ensures accurate project scope and deliverables on both the business ends. Leveraging on the difference of time zones allows a speedy execution of the project
